Today, three years ago, my father gave me away to the godly husband God had planned for me. Yes, today, 3 years ago, Jumbo and I got married right on the beach. And today we were surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mountains here in Colorado. What a privilege to be here! (I have always wanted to see the Rocky Mountain!)

It is amazing to see where God has taken us these past three years; how He has guided us, how He blessed us, provided for us and how He has been faithful.

We packed up soon after our wedding, thinking that we were on our way to the States. Then our paper work got delayed for 6 months. In those 6 months we were in and out of Swaziland. Finally we went to the States were we had an awesome 11 months. Coming back to Swaziland we thought we might settle in Bulembu, Swaziland. God surely had other, and better, plans! Today we are settled in Manzini and calling it home. We love the people we work with, we love the children and we don't want to give it up for anything in the world! We are happy and we know God is using us.

I love my husband and I am thanking God daily that we have the privilege of serving Him together. We have the same hearts and same passion. Nine years ago, before I knew Jumbo, I was serving God in Zimbabwe. One day as I was watching a guy playing and laughing with the children and loving them, I asked God to give me a husband like this guy. Today I have a husband like that guy, but mine is even better!! He loves me, he protects me and he believes in me.
