Clara and I (Kriek) just came back from a quick visit to the States. It was rough for Jumbo not having us at home and he surely missed his girls, and we missed him too, but we had a fun trip and we are grateful for him allowing us to go visit. Thank you to all of you who took days off from work to go play with us, to take us shopping, who walked around in Walmart and Target with us, who picked us up, dropped us off, hauled our stuff around, who took us for Chick-fil-A and blizzards at DQ (my new favorite!!!) and who loved on Clara and I. My favorite moments was definitely watching Clara be loved on and playing and squealing with delight. She did so great traveling and I know she had lots of fun! She picked up lots of new words and enjoyed eating all kinds of yummy new food.

A new 'task' God has laid on my heart while we were gone: To send out weekly prayer requests for us and for the ministry. So if you want to sign up to receive prayer requests, please email me at carikegerber@adventures.org and I will get you on my list. I promise to keep those emails short!
